Abstract
Farma za uzgoj teladi Karanac se nalazi u naselju Karanac. Naselje pripada općini Kneževi Vinogradi koja se nalazi u Osječko-baranjskoj županiji. Farma se proteže na 35.526m2. Na farmi se provode dvije faze uzgoja teladi. Na farmi Karanac je trenutno u uzgoju 2882 teladi. U I fazi uzgoja je 1042 teladi, a u II fazi uzgoja 1840 teladi. U I fazu uzgoja teladi dolazi telad sa beljskih i vupikovih farmi u dobi od 18-25 dana starosti. U I fazi telad ostaje 60 dana i izlazi iz I faze sa 100 kg tjelesne mase. U II fazu telad ulazi u dobi od 100-110 dana i ostaje 100 dana u II fazi . Muška telad iz II faze izlazi sa prosječnom izlaznom tjelesnom masom 220-225 kg ili 6 mjeseci starosti, a ženska telad izlazi sa prosječnom izlaznom masom 250-260kg ili 8 mjeseci starosti. Muška telad odlazi sa farme u daljnji tov ili na redovito klanje u PIK Vrbovec, dok ženska telad odlazi u daljnji rasplod na farmu Prosine (beljska telad) i na farmu Lovas (vupikova telad).
Abstract (english)
Farm for the cattle breed Karanac is in settlement Karanac. The settlement belong to the township Kneževi Vinogradi located in the Osijek – Baranja County. The farm stretches to 35.526 m2 . Two phases of calves are being carried out on the farm. At Karanac farmi is currently breeding 2882 calves. In the I. Phase of farming is 1042 calves and in the stage II. growing 1840 calves. In the I. Phase of farming of calves, calves from Belje and Vupik farms are at the age of 18 – 25 days. In the I. Phase the calves remain 60 days and exit from stage I. with 100 kg bodymass. In phase II. Calves enter at the age of 100 – 110 days and stay in phase II. for 100 days. The male calves of phase II. Exits with anaverage body weight of 220 – 225 kg or 6 months of age, and a female calves exits with an average output of 250 – 260 or 8 months of age. The male calves leaves the farm for further fattening or regular slaughter at PIK Vrbovec, while the female calves goes to a further breed at the Prosine farm and Lovas farm.
