Abstract
Analiza financijskih izvještaja predstavlja dio poslovne analize, provodi se sa svrhom upoznavanja ekonomske i financijske snage i mogućih perspektiva u položaju poduzeća. Temeljna financijska izvješća koja najčešće prethode analizi su bilanca i račun dobiti i gubitka, a rjeđe se analizira izvještaj o novčanom toku. Bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanom toku, izvještaj o promjeni glavnice i bilješke uz financijska izvješća predstavljaju temeljna financijska izvješća koja svaka tvrtka mora sastavljati. U ovom radu provedena je horizontalna i vertikalna analiza primitaka i izdataka i utvrđeno je znatno smanjenje dohotka za 75%, odnosno za 177.960,54 kn u 2017. godini u odnosu na prethodne, što utvrđuje da poljoprivredno gospodarstvo posluje u gubitku. U ostalim godinama primijećene su tendencije slabih oscilacija primitaka i izdataka.
Abstract (english)
The analysis of the financial statements is part of the business analysis, carried out with the purpose of familiarizing the economic and financial strength and possible prospects in the company's position. The underlying financial statements that most often precede the analysis are the balance sheet, and the profit and loss account, while the cash flow statement is not often analyzed. The balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in principal and notes to financial statements are the underlying financial statements that each company must compile. In this paper, a horizontal and vertical analysis of the book of receipts and expenditures was carried out and a substantial reduction in the income was found for 75%%, i.e. for 177.960,54 kn in the year 2017, which determines that the family farm is operating at a loss. In other years, tendencies of weak oscillations of receipts and expenditures were observed.
