Abstract
Cikla je povrtna kultura koja se uzgaja radi zadebljanog korijena i lišća koji se koriste u ishrani ljudi. Smatra se ljekovitom biljkom koja ima mnoge beneficije. U radu je analizirana proizvodnja cikle na OPG Smolčić Petar iz Detkovca za razdoblje 2017. godine. Posijano je 3 hektra cikle, sorte Bikor i Boro F1. Sjetva je obavljena 10.04. U proizvodnji je ostvaren prinos od 41.667 kg. Vađenje cikle obavljeno je od 15.07. do 20.07. Analizirano gospodarstvo se bavi uzgojem žitarica i povrća. Posjeduje svu potrebnu mehanizaciju i skladišta. Primjenom metoda analize i sinteze podataka te analitičkom kalkulacijom utvrđeni su ekonomski rezultati proizvodnje cikle. Ukupni prihodi od proizvodnje cikle iznosili su 35.533,60 kn/ha, troškovi su iznosili 20.411,00 kn/ha te je ostvaren pozitivan financijski rezultat u iznosu od 15.122,60 kn/ha. Koeficijent elastičnosti iznosi 1,74 prema čemu se vidi da je proizvodnja ekonomična. Stopa rentabilnosti je 74,09% što govori o isplativoj proizvodnji. Proizvodnost rada po satu iznosi 925,93 kilograma.
Abstract (english)
Beetroot is a vegetable crop that is grown works of the thickening of the roots and the leaves that are used in the people's diet. Is considered a medicinal plant that has many benefits. The paper analysed the production of beetroot on the OPG Smolčić Petar from Detkovca for the period 2017. of the year. Sown area is three hectare of beetroot. Varieties are Bikor, Boro F1. Beetroots are sowed on 10. March. The total yield achieved is 41.667 kg. Beetroots are harvested between 15. July and 20. July. OPG Smolčić deals with the cultivation of cereals and vegetables. It has all the necessary equipment and warehouses. The application of the method of analysis and synthesis of data and analytical calculations established the economic results of production of beetroots. Total revenue from production of the beetroots are35.533,60 HRK of which planting expenses are 20.411.00 HRK and therefore achieved profit is 15.122,60 HRK. The coefficient of elasticity is 1.74 witch shows that production is cost-effective. The profitability rate is 74.09%, which means that production of beetroots is profitable. The amount of beetroots produced per hour is 925.93 kg/ha.
