Abstract
Cijeli rad se temelji na istraživanju posla i proizvodnje na farmi Popovac-Belje. Farmi je glavni cilj proizvodnja mlijeka te je jedna od najboljih farmi na području Baranje u proizvodnji mlijeka. Farma je 2012. godine bila i proglašena najboljom velikom farmom na području Hrvatske. Prikazana je tehnologija proizvodnje mlijeka na farmi Popovac te opis objekata, opis hranidbe, pasminu koja se drži i mehanizaciju koja olakšava poljoprivredne poslove na farmi, i bolesti koje su moguće u govedarskoj proizvodnji. Govedarstvo je najvažnija grana stočarstva a dijelimo ju na tri podjele tu su: mliječno govedarstvo, mesno govedarstvo i kombinirano govedarstvo. Farma se predodredila za proizvodnju mlijeka pa će se u radu spominjati najviše mliječna goveda. Holstein-frijzijsko govedo je po zastupljenosti najviše upotrebljavana na farmama pa tako i na farmi Popovac. Hranidba je na farmi Popovac vrlo kvalitetna što je jako važno u proizvodnji jer od hranidbe ovisi njezina kvaliteta i količina mlijeka.
Abstract (english)
The entire paper is based on research on work and production at the farm Popovac-Belje. Farmi is the main target for milk production and is one of the best farms in Baranja in the production of milk. In 2012, the farm was proclaimed the best large farm in Croatia. The technology of milk production at the Popovac farm is presented, a description of the facilities, a description of the feeding, a breed that is kept, mechanization that facilitates farm work on the farm, and diseases that are possible in cattle production. Cattle breeding is the most important branch of cattle breeding and we divide it into three divisions: dairy cattle, meat cattle breeding and combined cattle breeding. The farm is destined for milk production so the paper will mention the most dairy cattle. Holstein-Friesian cattle is the most widely used on farms, including the Popovac farm. Feeding at the Popovac farm is of high quality, which is very important in the production, since its quality and quantity of milk depend on the feeding.
