Abstract
U radu su prikazani rezultati simulacije sjetve (odstupanja od teorijskog zadanog razmaka) sa sijačicom MaterMacc Twin Row-2 u praktikumu za poljoprivrednu tehniku i obnovljive izvore energije Agrobiotehničkog fakulteta Osijek. Simulacija je obavljena pri tri brzine gibanja sijačice od 4, 6 i 8 km h-1 korištenjem frakcija hibrida Os 4014 (SP- srednje plosnato, KP- krupno plosnato, SO- srednje okruglo, KO – krupno okruglo). Uporabom zrna krupno okruglog (KO) oblika i prijenosnog omjera i = 0,62309 pri brzini gibanja od 4 km h-1 ostvaren je najbolji prosječni razmak zrna u sjetvi od 10,884 cm s otklonom od teorijskog razmaka od + 0,015 cm s ostvarenim 100% QFI indeksom. Kod istog prijenosnog omjera krupno plosnata (KP) frakcija pri 4 km h-1 imala je otklon od svega 0,055 cm u odnosu na teorijski razmak. Kod uporabe sitno okruglog (SO) oblika sjemena najbolji ostvareni prosječni razmak iznosio je 10,917 cm s otklonom od -0,018 cm. Simulacijom sjetve sa sitno plosnatim (SP) oblikom sjemena pri brzini gibanja od 6 km h-1 ostvaren je prosječni razmak od 10,967 cm odnosno – 0,068 cm.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the results of sowing simulation (deviations from the theoretical set distance) with the MaterMacc twin row-2 planter in the practicum for agricultural machinery and renewable energy sources of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnology in Osijek. The simulation was performed at three seed drill speeds of 4, 6 and 8 km h -1 using the fractions of hybrid OS 4014 (SP - medium flat, KP- large flat, SO- medium round, KO - large round). Using large round (KO) grain and gear ratio i = 0.62309 at a speed of 4 km h-1, the best average grain distance in sowing of 10.884 cm with a deviation from the theoretical set distance of + 0.015 cm with a 100% QFI indeks achieving. At the same gear ratio, the large flat (KP) fraction at 4 km h-1 had a deviation of only 0.055 cm from the theoretical set distance. When using a medium round (SO) grain shape, the best achieved average distance was 10.917 cm with a deviation of -0.018 cm. By simulating sowing with a medium flat (SP) shape of the grain at a speed of 6 km h-1, an average distance of 10.967 cm and standard deviation of - 0.068 cm was achieved.
