Abstract
Proizvodnja meda najveće je važnosti u pčelarstvu. Postoji niz mogućnosti i načina proizvodnje meda, a osnovna dva načina su mobilno i stacionirano pčelarstvo. Pri stacioniranom pčelarenju sa modelom 10 košnica ostvarena je dobit od 6.530,39 kn, a sa 50 košnica 19.165,28. Što se tiče mobilnog pčelarenja pri modelu 100 košnica dobit je 53.284,91 kn, dok je za model od 200 košnica financijski rezultat 105.703,46 kn. Pri oba načina pčelarenja ostvarena je ekonomična i rentabilna proizvodnja. Najveću udio u strukturi troškova odnosi prihrana. U radu je prikazana proizvodnja meda kao vrlo rentabilna. Na kraju je potrebno naglasiti da uspješan pčelar mora posjedovati znanje, kako praktično tako i teoretsko ali i ljubav prema tim stvorenjima.
Abstract (english)
Honey producting is of supreme importance in beekeping. There is a range of possibilities and ways to produce honey. The basic two ways of honey production are mobile and stationary beekeeping. Stationary beekeeping with a model 10 hives profit of 6,530.39 kn and 19,165.28 kn with 50 hives. As for mobile beekeeping in the model 100 hives profit was 53,284.91 kn, while the model 200 hives financial results 105,703.46 kn. In both methods of beekeeping achieved economic profitability. The greatest share in costs structure goes on supplemental feeding. The paper describes the production of honey is a very profitable production. Finally it should be emphasized that a successful beekeeper must have knowledge, to practical and theoretical, but also love to this animals.
