Abstract
Trešnja je voćarska vrsta koja pripada porodici Rosaceae, rodu Prunus, a vrsti avium. Cilj ovog završnog rada je utvrditi ekonomsku isplativost proizvodnje sadnica trešnje. U radu je opisana sama proizvodnja trešnje, stanje proizvodnje i prinosa u svijetu i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Na temelju SWOT analize prikazane su slabosti i snage proizvodnje, te prilike i prijetnje. Temeljem prihoda, rashoda i financijskog rezultata proizvodnja sadnica trešnje je ekonomski opravdana 𝐸𝑝 = 1,44 i rentabilna 𝑅𝑝 = 30,59 %. Ukupni prihodi iznosili su 588 000,00 kn, a ukupni rashodi 408 106,00 kn, čija razlika na kraju dovodi do financijskog rezultata, dobitka od 158 306,72 kn.
Abstract (english)
Sweet cherry is a fruit belonging to the family Rosaceae genus Prunus which is part of avium species. The aim of this thesis is to determine the economic profitability of sweet cherry seedling production. The paper describes the production of cherries, the state of production and yield rate in the world and in Republic of Croatia. Based on the SWOT analysis, the weaknesses and strengths of production are presented, as well as opportunities and threats. Based on income, expenditure and financial result, the production of cherry seedlings is justified 𝐸𝑝 = 1.44 and profitable 𝑅𝑝 = 30.59 %. Total revenues amount to 588 000 HRK, and total expenses reaches 408 106 HRK, the difference of which ultimately leads to financial results, profit of 158 306 HRK.
