Abstract
Nove tehnologije intenzivnog uzgoja trešanja oslanjanju se na nova znanstvena dostignuća u selekciji i oplemenjivanju podloga slabije bujnosti. Gisela 5 je najznačajnija slabo bujna podloga za trešnju u svijetu. Istraživanje je provedeno u laboratoriju za kulturu biljnog tkiva u sklopu Katedre za voćarstvo, vinogradarstvo i vinarstvo (in vitro labaratorij za voćarstvo) na Fakultetu agrobiotehničkih znanosti Osijek (FAZOS) tijekom 2020. godine. Uspoređivan je učinak dvije vrste hranjive podloge (DKW i MS) na organogenezu dva tipa eksplantata (pojedinačni izdanci i baze izdanaka) vegetativne podloge za trešnju Gisela 5. Rezultati ukazuju na mogućnosti organogeneze oba tipa eksplantata na obije korištene hranjive podloge. DKW hranjiva podloga rezultirala je nešto boljim morfološkim parametrima na oba tipa eksplantata. Biljke nastale iz eksplantata baza izdanaka na obije hranjive podloge inicirale su veći broj i visinu izdanaka u odnosu na tretman s pojedinačnim izdancima. Daljnja istraživanja usmjeriti i na mogućnost sprječavanja nepoželjne vitrifikacije i primijene drugih vrsta i koncentracija regulatora rasta (hormona).
Abstract (english)
New technologies of intensive cherry cultivation rely on new scientific achievements in the selection and breeding of low vigorous dwarf rootstock. Gisela 5 is the most important low vigorous cherry rootstock in the world. The whole experiment was carried out on in vitro laboratory for fruit growing, Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Science Osijek during 2020 year. The organogenesis of two types of explants (individual shoots and base of shoots) on the vegetative rootstock of sweet cherry Gisela 5 initiated on two types of nutrient medium (DKW and MS) was compared. The results indicate the possibility of organogenesis both types of explants in both used culture media. DKW nutrient medium resulted in slightly better morphological parameters on both types of explants. Microplants formed from explants base of shoots on both nutrient media initiated a higher number and height of shoots compared to treatment with individual shoots. Further research focused on the possibility of preventing undesirable vitrification and the use of other types and concentrations of plants growth regulators (hormones).
