Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana je proizvodnja suncokreta i vremenskih prilika koji utječu na proizvodnju, točnije kako količina oborina i temeratura utječe na rast i razvoj suncokreta. Istraživanje je obaljeno uz pomoć internih podataka sa obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva „Stjepan Vidaković“ iz 2018. i 2019. godine i podataka preuzetih sa DHMZ-a za meterološku postaju Gradište tijekom 2018 i 2019 godine. Prosječan prinos u 2018. godini iznosio je 3,5 t/ha, uljnost 40 %, saržaj vlage u zrnu 8,5%. U 2019. godini prinos je bio 3,3 t/ha, uljnost 41%, sadržaj vlage u zrnu 8 %. Iz nvedenih podataka može se jasno zaključiti da su 2018. i 2019. godina bile jako pogodne za proizvodnju suncokreta sa ostvarenim izvrsnim prinosima.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the production of sunflower and the weather conditions that affect production i.e. how the amount of precipitation and temperature affects the growth and the development of sunflowers. The research is conducted with the help of internal data from the family farm "Stjepan Vidaković" from 2018 and 2019 and data taken from the DHMZ for the meteorological station Gradište during 2018 and 2019. The average income in 2018 was 3.5 t/ha, oil content 40%, grain moisture content 8.5%. In 2019, the yield was 3.3 t/ha, oil content 41%, grain moisture content 8%. From the above data, it is concluded that 2018 and 2019 were very suitable for the production of sunflowers with excellent yields.
