Abstract
Propolis je pčelinji proizvod kojemu se pripisuju brojna pozitivna svojstva, a jedan od njih je i antifungalno djelovanje. Ekološka poljoprivreda koristi alternativne načine u zaštiti bilja, a propolis je jedan od značajnijih proizvoda, čija široka primjena utječe na sve veće zanimanje kako u poljoprivrednoj tako i ostalim proizvodnim granama. U provedenom istraživanju praćen je utjecaj alkoholnog propolisa na rast fitopatogenih gljiva Alternaria brassicae i Fusarium oxysporum. Propolis je pripremljen u 3 koncentracije (0,5 %, 1 %, 2,5 %). Navedene koncentracije imale su inhibitorni utjecaj na porast gljiva. Na porast gljive A.brassicae i F.oxysporum potpuno inhibitorno djelovanje imala je koncentracija od 2,5 %. Porast micelija navedenih gljiva zabilježen je na koncentraciji od 0,5 %. Utvrđene su statistički visoko značajne razlike kod obje gljive između porasta micelija na koncentraciji propolisa od 1 %, kontroli i podlozi s 2,5 % koncentracijom
Abstract (english)
Propolis is a bee product which is attributed to a number of positive characteristics, one of them is the antifungal activity. Organic agriculture has been using alternative methods for plant protection and propolis is significant product, which widespread use affects on increasing interest how in agriculture also in other productive industries. In this resarch influence of alcoholic propolis, diluted on 3 concentrations (0,5 %, 1 %, 2,5 %) have been tested on the mycelium growth of Alternaria brassicae and Fusarium oxysporum. These concentrations had inhibitory effect on the growth of fungi. Full inhibitory activity on the growth of mycelium of A. brassicae and F. oxysporum had a concentration of 2,5 %. The growth of mycelium of tested fungi recorded at a concentration of 0,5%. There were statistically significant differences in the growth of the mycelium for both fungi on the concentration of propolis of 1 % , control and 2,5 % concentration.
