Abstract
Uporaba sredstava za zaštitu bilja uvelike pomaže poljoprivrednim proizvođačima i povećava prinose, no pronalazak ostataka pesticida u raznim dijelovima okoliša razlog je za zabrinutost. Rezidui ili ostatci pesticida u hrani nastaju zbog nepravilnog i/ili prekomjernog korištenja sredstava za zaštitu bilja i ako njihove koncentracije prelaze maksimalno dopuštene količine predstavljaju rizik za zdravlje ljudi. Projektom PESCAR (Pesticide Control And Reduction) provedeno je istraživanje na području Zadarske županije tijekom 2018. i 2019. godine kojim su prikupljeni zdravi i neoštećeni plodovi trešnje, višnje, breskve, nektarine, marelice, vinove loze i maslina te poslani u akreditirani laboratorij na analizu ostataka pesticida. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja pokazuju da je od prikupljenih i analiziranih 79 uzoraka u 2 uzorka pronađena količina aktivne tvari iznad maksimalno dopuštene količine, dok u 40 uzoraka nije pronađen ostatak niti jedne aktivne tvari. Od 30 pronađenih aktivnih tvari u uzorcima čak 77% pripada skupini fungicida dok je udio insekticida i herbicida znatno manji. Rezultati ukazuju na činjenicu kako poljoprivredne proizvođače treba učestalo educirati o pravilnom korištenju sredstava za zaštitu bilja jer su izazovi koje nam priroda postavlja iz dana u dan sve veći.
Abstract (english)
The use of plant protection products greatly assists agricultural producers and increases yields, but finding pesticides residues in various environmental compartments is a source of concern. Residues of pesticide in food are due to improper and/or excessive use of plant protection products and their concentrations in excess of the maximum levels pose a risk to human health. The PESCAR project (Pesticide Control And Reduction) has carried out research in the Zadar County in 2018 and 2019, which collected healthy and intact fruits of cherry, sour cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, vine and olives and sent to an accredited laboratory for pesticide residues analysis. The results of the study show that out of the 79 samples collected and analysed in 2 samples, an amount of active substance was found above the maximum residue level, while 40 samples did not find the residue of one active substance. Out of 30 active substances found in samples, as much as 77 % belonged to the group of fungicides, while the proportion of insecticides and herbicides is significantly lower. The findings point to the fact that agricultural producers need to be frequently trained on the proper use of plant protection products, given that the challenges posed by nature from the day of the day is increasing.
