Abstract
U radu su prikazani rezultati primjene EN 16122 kod provjere ispravnosti rada raspršivača Tifone VENTO – 1000. U postupku testiranja obavljen je cjelokupan vizualni pregled raspršivača pri čemu se posebno posvetila pažnja o brtvljenju na spojevima crijeva i regulatora. Nakon toga pažnja je bila usmjerena na spojeve crijeva i bočnih aluminijskih cijevi s nosačima mlaznica. Nakon toga pregledan je sustav za usip i ispust škropiva te pregled crpke s obzirom na curenje tekućine škropiva ili ulja za podmazivanje. Nakon detaljnog pregleda, budući da nisu zamijećena veća kapanja, pristupilo se kontroli crpke s obzirom na ukupni volumni protok. U ovom postupku ugrađena crpka TEA 110 ostvarila je potisak vode od 99 l h-1 pri 3 bar što je unutar dozvoljene vrijednosti od ± 10 %. Nazivni kapacitet iznosio je 102 l h-1. Ispitivanjem manometra pri 5, 10 i 15 bar utvrđena su minimalna odstupanja unutar dozvoljene granice ± 10 %. Najveće odstupanje mjerenog manometra zabilježeno je kod razine tlaka od 10 bar, te je iznosilo + 9.50 %. Pri ispitivanju ugrađenih mlaznica (7 lijeva strana + 7 desna strana) tvrtke Lechler TR 8002 i TR 8004. Utvrđene su neispravnosti kod 5 mlaznica TR 8002 (35,71 %) i kod 6 mlaznica TR 8004, tj. njih 42,85 %. Nakon zamjene neispravnih mlaznica tehnički sustav zadovoljio je minimalne kriterije iz EN 16122-3 te mu je ispitna stanica 001 RH Agrobiotehničkog Fakulteta Osijek izdala uvjerenje o ispravnosti te mu dodijelila znak koji je nalijepljen na vidno mjesto glavnog spremnika škropiva.
Abstract (english)
The paper presents the results of the application of EN 16122 in checking the correct operation of the Tifone VENTO - 1000 sprayer. After that, attention was focused on the joints of the hoses and the side aluminum pipes with the nozzle holders. After that, the spray liquid discharge and discharge system was inspected and the pump was inspected for leaks of spray liquid or lubricating oil. After a detailed inspection, as no major drips were observed, control of the pump with respect to the total volume flow was approached. In this procedure, the built-in pump TEA 110 achieved a water flow of 99 l h-1 at 3 bar, which is within the allowable value of ± 10 %. The nominal capacity was 102 l h-1. By testing the manometer at 5, 10 and 15 bar, the minimum deviations within the allowed limit of ± 10 % were determined. The largest deviation of the measured manometer was recorded at a pressure level of 10 bar, and was + 9.50 %. When testing the built-in nozzles (7 left side + 7 right side) of Lechler TR 8002 and TR 8004. Defects were found in 5 nozzles TR 8002 (35.71 %) and in 6 nozzles TR 8004 (42.85 %). After replacing the defective nozzles, the technical system achieved the minimum criteria from EN 16122-3 and the test station 001 RH of the Agrobiotechnical Faculty Osijek issued a certificate of correctness and assigned a sign that was affixed to the visible place of the main spray tank.
