Abstract
Osiguranje odgovarajućih uvjeta prema specifičnim potrebama pojedinih kategorija svinja temeljni je uvjet za ostvarivanje optimalnih proizvodnih i ekonomskih rezultata u svinjogojskoj proizvodnji. OPG Lukač predstavlja vrlo moderan, prihvatljiv i profitabilan model proizvodnje. Razina proizvodnosti na prikazanom gospodarstvu se može podići finalizacijom proizvodnje, koja podrazumijeva preradu svinjskog mesa u tradicionalne proizvode te ih kao takove plasirati na tržište.
Abstract (english)
Ensuring appropriate conditions according to the specific needs of individual categories of pigs is a basic condition for achieving optimal production and economic results in pig production. Family farm Lukač is a very modern, acceptable and profitable production model. The level of productivity on the presented farm can be raised by finalizing production, which means processing pork into traditional products and placing them on the market as such.
