| Abstract | Konzultantsko poslovanje je naziv za širok opseg usluga koje se pružaju u suvremenom poslovnom svijetu, a
uglavnom se temelje na savjetodavnom radu. Tvrtke i pojedinci angažiraju konzultante kako bi riješili postojeći
problem ili nadopunili određene nedostatke unutar tvrtke u vidu ljudskih resursa i znanja. Povijesno gledano,
konzalting doživljava procvat u drugoj polovici 20. stoljeća paralelno s razvojem većih poslovnih struktura i
samim time potrebe za vanjskim suradnicima. U Hrvatskoj se u većoj mjeri konzalting počeo razvijati u 21.
stoljeću, posebice nakon ulaska RH u Europsku uniju čime su se otvorile brojne mogućnosti hrvatskim
poduzetnicima u vidu bespovratnih sredstava financiranih iz fondova EU. Imajući u vidu studije i analize koje
se najčešće koriste u konzultantskom poslovanju valja istaknuti pisanje poslovnih planova, investicijske studije
i studije izvodljivosti koje su najčešće dio veće cjeline, točnije nekog projekta. U Hrvatskoj djeluje preko 2.800
konzultantskih tvrtki od kojih je velik broj međunarodnih i svjetski priznatih. Očekivani budući trendovi
razvoja konzultantskog tržišta RH su pozitivni, a s obzirom da je prošlo već osam godina od ulaska Hrvatske
u EU, iskorištavanje mogućnosti koje nudi članstvo EU trebalo bi u narednom periodu 2021.-2027. biti još
konkretnije nego u prethodnom 2014.2020. Povezanost poljoprivrede i konzultantske aktivnosti je ponajviše
vidljiva u prijavi i obradi projekata kojima se koriste raspoloživa sredstva iz Programa ruralnog razvoja.
Nedovoljna obrazovanost poljoprivrednog stanovništva, apliciranje na mjere i projekte, česte promjene na
tržištu, izvoz, uvođenje novih proizvoda i usluga, finalizacija proizvoda – sve su to razlozi zbog kojih je jednom
prosječnom poljoprivredniku potreban kvalitetan konzultant. |
| Abstract (english) | Consulting business is the name for a wide range of services provided in the modern business world, and are
mainly based on advisory work. Companies and individuals hire consultants to solve an existing problem or to
supplement certain deficiencies within the company in terms of human resources and knowledge. Historically,
consulting flourished in the second half of the 20th century in parallel with the development of larger business
structures and thus the need for external collaborators. In Croatia, consulting began to develop to a greater
extent in the 21st century, especially after the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union,
which opened up numerous opportunities for Croatian entrepreneurs in the form of grants financed from EU
funds. Having in mind the studies and analyzes that are most often used in consulting business, it is worth
mentioning the writing of business plans, investment studies and feasibility studies, which are usually part of
a larger whole, more precisely a project. There are over 2,800 consulting companies operating in Croatia, many
of which are internationally and world-renowned. The expected future trends in the development of the
Croatian consulting market are positive, and given that eight years have passed since Croatia's accession to the
EU, the use of the opportunities offered by EU membership should in the coming period 2021-2027. be even
more specific than in the previous 2014.-2020. The connection between agriculture and consulting activities is
mostly visible in the application and processing of projects that use the available funds from the Rural
development program. Insufficient education of the agricultural population, application of measures and
projects, frequent changes in the market, exports, introduction of new products and services, finalization of
products - all these are the reasons why an average farmer needs a quality consultant. |
