Abstract
Završni rad se temelji na analizi proizvodnje i uzgoja ječma na površinama OPG-a „Pikec Goran“ koje se nalazi u Hrastovcu, općina Vuka, Osječko-baranjska županija za vegetacijsku godinu 2020/21. Ovo obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo obrađuje 92 ha zemlje. Uzgajana je sorta RWA Sandra. Prosječni prinos zrna iznosio je 9,23 t/ha. Vlaga zrna je iznosila 12,7 %, a sadržaj bjelančevina od 11,9 %. Na OPG-u „Pikec Goran“ utvrđeno je da su sve agrotehničke mjere, izuzev gnojidbe, provedene ispravno i pravodobno.
Abstract (english)
The final work is based on the analysis of production and cultivation of barley on the land of the family farm "Pikec Goran" located in Hrastovac, Vuka municipality, Osijek-Baranja County for the vegetation year 2020/21. This family farm cultivates 92 ha of land. The RWA Sandra variety was grown. The average grain yield was 9.23 t ha-1 . Grain moisture was 12.7 % and protein content 11.9 %. At the family farm "Pikec Goran" it was determined that all agro-technical measures were implemented correctly and on time, except for fertilization.
