Abstract
Priprema poslovnog plana može trajati danima, mjesecima nekad i godinama, sve je ovisno o iskustvu i znanju poduzetnika, kao i svrsi za koju izrađuje poslovni plan. Tu nam pomažu interna i eksterna analiza poduzeća. Interna analiza nam pokazuje događanja unutar okvira poduzeća i njegovoj neposrednoj okolini kao što su njegova struktura, kultura i resursi. Eksterna analiza nam pomaže u shvaćanju vanjskih pozitivnih i negativnih utjecaja kao što su socijalno, ekonomsko i političko okruženje. Razvoj poslovanja može se gledati kao rezultat vanjskih okolnosti u kojima djeluje voditelj poduzeća, ali i odraz internog razvoja cjelokupnog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The preparation of a business plan can take days, months and sometimes years, which depends of the experience and knowledge of the entrepreneur, as well as the purpose for which he creates a business plan. For this reason, we have the internal and external analysis of the company. Internal analysis shows us events within the company and its immediate environment such as its structure, culture and resources. External analysis helps us to understand external positive and negative influences such as social, economic and political environment. We can observe business development as a result of the external circumstances in which the head of the company operates, but also a reflection of the hole development of the company from inside.
