Abstract
Cilj rada je prikazati uzgoj različitih sorata pšenice u trogodišnjem razdoblju na Obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu „Gojević“ uz osvrt na agroekološke uvjete proizvodnje, primijenjenu agrotehniku i ostvarene prinose pšenice. Najveći prosječni prinos pšenice (9,15 t ha-1) i hektolitarska masa zrna (82,6) zabilježeni su u 2019. godini, a najviši sadržaj proteina u 2020. godini. Najviši prinos u prosjeku je ostvarila sorta pšenice Ingenio 8,79 (t ha -1), a najniži sorta Illico (8,21 t ha-1), dok je najveći prosječni sadržaj proteina u zrnu ostvaren kod sorte Kraljica (14,85%) što ukazuje na potrebu uzgoja različitih sorata pšenice uslijed različitih vremenskih prilika tijekom vegetacijskih godina.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the paper is to show the cultivation of different varieties of wheat in a three-year period at the "Gojević" family farm with a review of the agroecological conditions of production, applied agricultural techniques and achieved wheat yields. The highest average yield of wheat (9.15 t ha-1) and hectoliter mass of grain (82.6) were recorded in the year 2019, and the highest protein content in the year 2020. The highest average yield was achieved by the wheat variety Ingenio 8.79 (t ha -1), and the lowest by the variety Illico (8.21 t ha-1), while the highest average protein content in the grain was achieved by the variety Kraljica (14.85%) ) which indicates the need of growing different varieties of wheat due to different weather conditions during the vegetation years.
