Abstract
Cilj je ovog rada u in vitro uvjetima utvrditi utjecaj temperature (15, 20 i 30 ْ C) i dvanaest eteričnih ulja (anis, bor, cimet kora, citronela, čajevac, čempres, eukaliptus, klinčić, lavanda, naranča slatka, ružmarin i timijan) u količini 25 μL na rast micelija fitopatogene gljive Rhizoctonia solani. Zona inhibicije mjerena se četvrti i osmi dan od inokulacije. Najjače antifungalno djelovanje imala su ulja anisa, čajevca i timijana pri svim navedenim temperaturama i neovisno o duljini trajanja inkubacije. S druge strane, ulja naranče slatke, bora i klinčića uopće su imala slabo ili nisu imala negativno djelovanje na rast gljive. Kod nekih ulja (ružmarin, čempres, eukaliptus) utvrđeno je da učinak ovisi o temperaturi i/ili duljini inkubacije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to determine the effect of temperature (15, 20 and ْ 30 C) and twelve essential oils (anise, pine, cinnamon bark, citronella, tea tree, cypress, eucalyptus, clove, lavender, sweet orange, rosemary and thyme) on the growth of mycelium of the phytopathogenic fungus Rhizoctonia solani in vitro. The study was conducted using 25 μL of essential oils. The zone of inhibition was measured on the fourth and eighth day of incubation. The strongest antifugal effect had the essential oil of anise, tea tree and thyme at all temperatures and regardless of duration of incubation. On the other hand, sweet orange, pine and clove oil had small or no negative effect on mycelial growth. For some oils such as rosemary, cypress and eucalyptus it has been found that the effect deneds on the temperature and/or duration of incubation.
