Abstract
Statistika je empirijska znanstvena disciplina koja proučava masovne pojave u prirodi i društvu, prikupljanjem, sreĎivanjem i prezentiranjem statističkih podataka u obliku grafikona, tablica ili izvješća. Ona je znanost koja se bavi obradom rezultata u korist znanstvenih i praktičnih istraţivanja, koja proučava masovne pojave, promjene u razvoju ljudskog društva, nacionalnog gospodarstva i dr. Biometrika je statistička znanost koja je primjenjena na biološke podatke odnosno ona je statistika primjenjena u poljoprivredi, biologiji, biomedicniskim znanostima i zdravstvu, šumarstvu te drugim biotehničkim znanostima. Analiza varijance je računski postupak pomoću kojega moţemo ispitati podatke odreĎenoga pokusa, kroz procjenu otklona pojedinih srednjih vrijednosti od prosjećne vrijednosti uzoraka uzetih iz nekog osnovnog skupa. U ovome radu, biometrijska procjena komponenti prinosa četiri različite sorte pšenice (Bologna, Falado, Maja i El Nino), obraĎena je jednom od najvaţnijih parametrijskih statističkih metoda - analizom varijance.
Abstract (english)
Statistics is empirically scientific discipline that studies massive phenomenon in nature and society, gathering, sorting and presenting statistical data in form of graphs, tables or reports. It’s a science that deals with data processing in term of scientific and practical research, which studies massive phenomenons, changes in development of society, national economy and other. Biometrics is statistical science which is applied to biological data or to better say it's statistics applied to agriculture, biology, biomedical sciences and healthcare, forestry and other biotechnical sciences. Analysis of variance is calculation procedure by which we can study data of specific experiment, through estimation of deflection of individual mean values from average value of sample taken from some basic set. In this paper, biometric estimation of yield components of four different wheat varieties (Bologna, Falado, Maja and El Nino) was processed by one of the most important parametric statistical methods - analysis of variance.
