| Abstract | Organski fosfor definiramo kao fosfor vezan na neki način s ugljikom. Sintetiziraju ga organizmi u tlu, a potječe iz životinjskih i biljnih ostataka. Fosforna veza je uvijek kovalentna, a u prirodi fosfor ostaje u svom najvećem oksidacijskom stanju. Biljke isključivo usvajaju fosfor u anionskom obliku i to kao H2PO4 - i HPO4 2-, a ugrađuju ga, za razliku od dušika i sumpora, u organsku tvar bez redukcije. Najveće potrebe biljaka za fosforom su u intenzivnom razvoju korijenovog sustava i kod prijelaza iz vegetacijske u reprodukcijsku fazu života. Cilj istraživanja je da se temeljem prikupljenih rezultata analize organskog fosfora u tlima istočne Hrvatske prikaže potencijal organskog fosfora u ishrani bilja. Sadržaj humusa u tlu ima veliki utjecaj na sadržaj organskog fosfora u tlu, pod tom pretpostavkom cilj je utvrditi korelacije među tim svojstvima tla. Rezultati koncentracije fosfora prema AL-metodi kretali su se u kiselim tlima u rasponu od 8,05 mg P2O5/100 g tla, sve do 95,42 mg P2O5/100 g tla. U alkalnim tlima koncentracije fosfora kretale su se od 23,14 mg P2O5/100 g tla, pa do 36,32 mg P2O5/100 g tla. Prema interpretacijskim vrijednostima rezultata analize uzoraka i služeći se tehnološkim uputama rezultati analize ukazuju na kretanje od slabo opskrbljenog do bogato opskrbljenog tla lako pristupačnim fosforom. Analizom 30 uzoraka tala sa područja Osječko-baranjske i Vukovarsko-srijemske županije prikazani su rezultati količine organskog fosfora čiji su se rezultati kretali od 4,25 mg/kg sve do 595,5 mg/kg. Prema rezultatima analize količine humusa u tlu opskrbljenost se kretala od slabo humoznog (36,67 % uzoraka) do dosta humoznog tla (23,33 % uzoraka), 40 % uzoraka klasificirano je kao umjereno humozno tlo. U većini slučajeva veća koncentracija organskog fosfora zabilježena je u uzorcima koji su kategorizirani kao dosta humozna tla i umjereno humozna tla, dok je u većini slučajeva u tlima kategoriziranim kao slabo humozna zabilježena i manja koncentracija organskog fosfora. Obradom rezultata možemo reći da sadržaj organskog fosfora ovisi i o sadržaju humusa u tlu. Također se primjećuje da na području Osječko-baranjske i Vukovarsko-srijemske županije najveći broj uzoraka ima ili visoke količine organskog fosfora (više od 400 mg/kg) ili niske količine organskog fosfora (manje od 100 mg/kg). |
| Abstract (english) | We define organic phosphorus as phosphorus bound in some way with carbon. It is synthesized by soil organisms and comes from animal and plant remains. The phosphorus bond is always covalent, and in nature phosphorus remains in its highest oxidation state. Plants exclusively adopt phosphorus in anionic form, as H2PO4 - and HPO4 2-, and incorporate it, unlike nitrogen and sulfur, into organic matter without reduction. The greatest needs of plants for phosphorus are in the intensive development of the root system and during the transition from the vegetative to the reproductive phase of life. The goal of the research is to show the potential of organic phosphorus in plant nutrition based on the collected results of the analysis of organic phosphorus in the soils of eastern Croatia. The content of humus in the soil has a great influence on the content of organic phosphorus in the soil, under this assumption the goal is to determine the correlations between these soil properties. The results of phosphorus concentration according to the AL-method ranged from 8,05 mg P2O5/100 g of soil to 95,42 mg P2O5/100 g of soil in acidic soils. In alkaline soils, phosphorus concentrations ranged from 23,14 mg P2O5/100 g of soil to 36,32 mg P2O5/100 g of soil. According to the interpretation values of the sample analysis results and using the technological instructions, the analysis results indicate a movement from poorly supplied to richly supplied soil with easily accessible phosphorus. The analysis of 30 soil samples from Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem counties showed the results of the amount of organic phosphorus, the results of which ranged from 4,25 mg/kg to 595,5 mg/kg. According to the results of the analysis of the amount of humus in the soil, the supply ranged from low humus (36,67 % of samples) to a lot of humus (23,33 % of samples), 40 % of the samples were classified as moderately humus soil. In most cases, a higher concentration of organic phosphorus was recorded in samples that were categorized as fairly humus and moderately humus soils, while in most cases, a lower concentration of organic phosphorus was recorded in soils categorized as low humus. Processing the results, we can say that the content of organic phosphorus also depends on the content of humus in the soil. It is also noted that in the area of Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem counties, the largest number of samples have either high amounts of organic phosphorus (more than 400 mg/kg) or low amounts of organic phosphorus (less than 100 mg/kg). |
