Abstract | Nakon dugogodišnje gospodarske stanke, Slavonija i Baranja prolazi kroz ubrzani razvoj turističkih kapaciteta i sadržaja, posebno enogastronomije. U tu svrhu, razvija ponudu različitih turističkih manifestacija čiji je nezaobilazan sadržaj segment vinskog turizma, koji se posebno razvio u doba Austro – ugarske monarhije kada se grade vinski podrumi na područjima Kutjeva, Iloka i Erduta. Od 200 različitih kultivara u Republici Hrvatskoj, 60 je autohtonih sorti, od kojih je glavna kontinentalna sorta graševina. Uzgaja se na više od 4, 500 ha i to najviše u Baranji, Iloku I Kutjevu, u područjima koja čine slavonsko – baranjska vinogorja: Kutjevo, Baranju, Srijem I Erdut. Osim graševine, u ovim se vinogradima uzgajaju sorte chardonnay, pinot bijeli, rizling rajski, silvanac zeleni, traminac crveni od bijelih, te frankovka crna, merlot crni, cabernet sauvignon od crnih. Velike vinarije s dugogodišnjom proizvodnjom na ovim područjima su Iločki podrumi, Erdutski vinogradi, Vina Belje i Kutjevo, ali i privatni vinari i vinarije Enjingi, Krauthaker, Zdjelarević, Adžić, Galić, Buhač, Kalazić, Josić, Antunović i mnogi drugi. Proizvodnja vina i njegov plasman na tržište moguć je razvojem vinskog turizma koji pruža mogućnost gospodarskog razvoja u smjeru povezivanja gastronomije i turizma doživljaja. Za daljnji razvoj i unaprjeđenje turističke ponude Slavonije i Baranje značajan je razvoj I organizacija manifestacija, usko povezanih s prezentacijama gastronomske, posebno vinske ponude. Razvoj vinskog turizma, razvoj kulture vina veliki je pokretač postojeće turističke ponude koja će oživjeti manifestacije i postati pokretači razvoja specifičnih proizvoda i razvijaju atraktivne i inovativne turističke ponude. |
Abstract (english) | After a long-term economic hiatus, Slavonija and Baranja is going through an accelerated development of tourist capacities and contents, especially wine and gastronomy. For this purpose, it is developing an offer of various tourist events, the inevitable content of which is the segment of wine tourism, which developed especially during the Austro-Hungarian monarchy when wine cellars were built in the areas of Kutjevo, Ilok and Erdut. Of the 200 different cultivars in the Republic of Croatia, 60 are autochthonous varieties, of which the main continental variety is Graševina. It is grown on more than 4,500 ha, mostly in Baranja, Ilok and Kutjevo, in the areas that make up the Slavonian - Baranja vineyards: Kutjevo, Baranje, Srijem and Erdut. In addition to Graševina, these vineyards grow varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Riesling Paradise, Silvan Green, Traminac Red from White, and Frankovka Black, Merlot Black, Cabernet Sauvignon from Black. Large wineries with many years of production in these areas are Iločki podrumi, Erdutski vinogradi, Vina Belje and Kutjevo, but also private winemakers and wineries Enjingi, Krauthaker, Zdjelarević, Adžić, Galić, Buhač, Kalazić, Josić, Antunović and many others. Wine production and its placement on the market is possible through the development of wine tourism, which offers the possibility of economic development in the direction of connecting gastronomy and experience tourism. For the further development and improvement of the tourism offer of Slavonia and Baranja, the development of the organization of events, closely related to the presentation of gastronomic, especially wine offers, is significant. The development of wine tourism, the development of wine culture is a major driver of the existing tourist offer, which will revive events and become drivers of the development of specific products and develop attractive and innovative tourist offers. |
