Abstract
Soja je ratarska kultura koja se uzgaja više od 4000 godina. Osim u prehrambene koristi se u mnoge druge svrhe. Većinom se uzgaja na konvencionalan način iako to nije najpovoljnije po ekološke čimbenike. Glavni svjetski proizvođači uzgajaju soju na taj način jer tako ostvaruju veće prinose. To nije slučaj u Republici Hrvatskoj. Iako se i u Hrvatskoj soja uzgaja uglavnom konvencionalno uz upotrebu agrokemikalija i mineralnih gnojiva , za uzgoj se koristi sortiment NON-GMO podrijetla domaće proizvodnje. Budućnost Hrvatske u ekološkoj poljoprivredi je velika jer se ide u tom pravcu. Iz godine u godinu je sve više proizvođača i sve je više površina zasijano ekološki. Cilj u ovom radu je bio opisati soju uz naglasak na ekološkoj proizvodnji, prikazati tablično i grafički kako izgleda proizvodnja zadnjih godina i u kom pravcu ide.
Abstract (english)
Soy is a field crop that has been cultivated for more than 4,000 years. In addition to food, it is used for many other purposes. Most of it is cultivated in a conventional way, although it is not the most favorable for ecological factor. The worlds main producers grow soybeans in this way because they achieve higher yields. This is not the case in the Republic of Croatia. Although in Croatia, soybeans are mostly grown conventionally with the use of agrochemicals and mineral fertilizers, an assortment of domestically produced NON-GMO origin is used for cultivation. The future of Croatia in ecological agriculture is great because it is moving in that direction. From year to year, there are more and more producers and more and more are sown ecologically. The aim of this paper was to describe soybeans with an emphasis on ecological production, to show tabularly and graphically what production looks like in recent years and in which direction it is going.
