Abstract
U radu su obrađene temeljne postavke sustava integralnog transporta, te njegova uloga i značaj u razvoju suvremenih transportnih tehnologija. Objašnjene su djelatnosti paletizacije i kontejnerizacije, opisane su prednosti i nedostatci navedenih djelatnosti, osnovni oblici i karaktersitike paleta i kontejnera te njihova primjena. Analizirani su oblici cestovnog, željezničkog, zračnog, riječnog i pomorskog teretnog prijevoza koji su segment sustava integralnog transporta. Ukazano je na pozitivne učinke racionalne primjene integralnog transporta u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, u kontekstu sve veće potražnje za hranom u svijetu i potrebom da poljoprivreda konstantno povećava količine svojih proizvoda, poboljšava njihovu kvalitetu, te ih brže i efikasnije dostavlja do potrošača.
Abstract (english)
The paper deals with the fundamental principles of the integrated transport system, as well as its role and significance in the development of modern transport technologies. The activities of palletizing and containerization are explained, the advantages and disadvantages of these activities, the basic forms and characteristics of pallets and containers, and their application are described. The forms of road, rail, air, river and sea freight transport, which are a segment of the integral transport system, were analyzed. The positive effects of the rational application of integral transport in agricultural production were pointed out, in the context of the increasing demand for food in the world and the need for agriculture to constantly increase the quantities of its products, improve their quality, and deliver them to consumers faster and more efficiently.
