Abstract
Od radova u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji berba povrtlarskih kultura predstavlja zahtjevan i vremenski dugotrajan proces koji je najteže izvršiti mehanizirano. Iako su početni rezultati istraživanja robota za berbu povrtlarskih kultura obećavajući, potrebno daljnje istraživanje i razvoj ove tehnologije. Postoje mnoga ograničenja dizajniranih robota kao što su npr. robot može prepoznati samo zrele plodove, ali ne i stupanj zriobe (roboti za berbu u stakleničkoj proizvodnji), robot ne prepoznaje prepreke (roboti za berbu rajčice), potreban ljudski faktor za određivanje pristupačnih smjerova, potrebna modifikacija biljaka, plod se izgubi iz videokruga robota (roboti za berbu paprike), nedovoljno učinkovit mehanizam za visinu i kvalitetu rezanja glavice (roboti za berbu zelene salate), potrebno stvaranje umjetno kontroliranog svjetla (roboti za berbu cvjetače), nedovoljno precizna detekcija plodova (roboti za berbu krastavaca), a postoji i velika mogućnost oštećivanja plodova prilikom berbe.
Abstract (english)
In agricultural production, the harvest of vegetable crops is a demanding and long-lasting process, which is the most difficult production process to achieve mechanized operations. While initial results of the robots for harvesting vegetable crops are promising, further research and development of this technology is needed. There are many limitations of designed robots such as: the robot can recognize ripe fruits, but not the degree of ripeness (robots for harvesting greenhouse crops), the robot does not recognize obstacles (pepper harvesting robots), the human factor is required to determine the best approach, crop modification is required, lost fruit from sight during visual servoing (pepper harvesting robots), lack of reliability in stem cutting height and quality (lettuce harvesting robots), artificially controlled light is required (cauliflower harvesting robots), insufficient detection of fruits (cucumber picking robots) and is a high possibility of damaging the fruits during harvesting.
