Abstract
Nematode su višestanični organizmi koji nastanjuju gotovo sva staništa na Zemlji, zbog toga se pokazuju kao dobro bioindikatori. Cilj istraživanja bio je analizirati utjecaj organo - mineralnog gnojiva na bioraznolikost nematoda u tlu. U provedenom istraživanju nije zabilježen statistički značajan utjecaj ograno - mineralnog gnojiva na kemijska svojstva tla. Prilikom analize uzoraka tla na prisutnost rodova nematoda utvrđeno je da tretman V ima najlošiji utjecaj na brojnost rodova nematoda,... More međutim, gledajući strukturu tih rodova možemo zaključiti da je došlo do povećanja broja bakterivora i smanjenja broja fitoparazitskih nematoda. Tretman II (SuperStart NP 10-35 25 kg/ha) imao je najbolji utjecaj na bioraznolikost rodova nematoda u tlu sa 24 roda nemaoda. Temeljem navedenih rezultata možemo zaključiti da je tretman V imao najlošiji utjecaj na bioraznolikost rodova nematoda, a Tretman II je imao najbolji utjecaj na bioraznolikost rodova nematoda u tlu sa 24 roda nemaoda. Abstract (english)
Nematodes are multicellular organisms that inhabit almost all habitats on Earth, which is why they prove to be good bioindicators. The aim of the research was to analyze the influence of organic-mineral fertilizer on the biodiversity of nematodes in the soil. In the conducted research, there was no statistically significant influence of organic-mineral fertilizer on the chemical properties of the soil. More determined that treatment V had the worst effect on the number of nematode genus, however, looking at the structure of these genus, we can conclude that there was an increase in the number of bacterivores and a decrease in the number of phytoparasitic nematodes. Treatment II (SuperStart NP 10-35 25 kg/ha) had the best impact on the biodiversity of nematode genus in the soil with 24 nematode genus. Based on the above results, we can conclude that treatment V had the worst impact on the biodiversity of nematode genus, and Treatment II had the best impact on the biodiversity of nematode genus in the soil with 24 genus of nematodes.
