Abstract
U radu je prikazana tehnologija proizvodnje lješnjaka i tržišna analiza lješnjaka u svijetu i Hrvatskoj. Analizirana je proizvodnja lješnjaka u ekološkom modelu uzgoja na obiteljskom poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu De Martini koji posjeduje 11 hektara nasada lješnjaka i oraha od kojih su 8 hektara lješnjaci, a 3 hektara orasi. Od 8 hektara lješnjaka 2 hektara su u punom rodu. Izračunati su neki od relativnih pokazatelja uspješnosti kao što su ekonomičnost, rentabilnost i financijski rezultat, te prema tome je utvrđeno stanje gospodarskog subjekta i njegova uspješnost proizvodnje. Na OPG De Martini u 2021. godini su utvrđeni ukupni prihodi od 3.451,72 eura, a ukupni troškovi su iznosili 2.588,04 eura. Financijski rezultat dobiven iz kalkulacije iznosi dobit od 863,68 eura, koeficijent ekonomičnosti iznosi 1,33 što znači da je poljoprivredno poduzeće ekonomično. Rentabilnost je iznosila 33,37 %. Iz dobivenih pokazatelja može se utvrditi da je OPG ostvaruje pozitivne ekonomske pokazatelje, ali uz dodatno primijenjeno znanje i tehnologiju u proizvodnju, te racionalno korištenje sredstva za rad moguće je postići veće i bolje rezultate.
Abstract (english)
The final work presents the technology of hazelnut production, market analysis of hazelnuts in the world and in Croatia. The production of hazelnuts in the ecological model of cultivation was analyzed on the family farm De Martini, which owns 11 hectares of hazelnut and walnut plantations, of which 8 hectares are hazelnuts and 3 hectares are walnuts. Of the 8 hectares of hazelnuts, 2 hectares are full gender. Some of the relative indicators of success, such as economy, profitability and financial result, were calculated, and according to this, the state of the economy subject and its production performance were determined. On family farm De Martini in 2021, in which total revenues of 3.451,72 euros and total costs of 2.588,04 euros were determined. The financial result obtained from the calculation amounts to a profit of 863.68 euros, the economic coefficient is 1.33 which means that the agricultural enterprise is economical. Profitability was 33.37%. From the obtained indicators, it can be determined that OPG is stable, but with additional applied knowledge and technology in production, and rational use of working capital, it is possible to achieve greater and better results.
