Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati uzgoj začinske paprike na površinama OPG-a „Ištvan Jozef“ iz Luga. OPG Ištvan Jozef bavi se proizvodnjom začinske paprike i graha, isključivo zbog plodoreda, od 2007. Zbog postizanja visokih i stabilnih prinosa proizvodnja se isključivo odvija uz navodnjavanje kap po kap. Vlasnici ovog gospodarstva uzgajaju začinsku papriku prema svim preporukama struke na površinama od 2 ha. Postignut je prinos od 15 t/ha.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work was to show the cultivation of hot pepper on the grounds of family farm "Ištvan Jozef" from Lug. Family farm Ištvan Jozef has been engaged in the production of hot peppers and beans, exclusively due to crop rotation, since 2007. In order to achieve high and stable yields, production is exclusively carried out with drip irrigation. The owners of this farm grow paprika according to all professional recommendations on an area of 2 ha. A yield of 15 t ha-1 was achieved.
