Abstract
U ovom radu praćena je proizvodnja pšenice te utjecaj vremenskih prilika, poput oborina i temperatura, tijekom vegetacijske godine 2021./2022 na OPG – u „Hes Mato“. U radu su korišteni podaci sa Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda za meteorološku postaju Osijek. U ispitivanju korištene su sorte Balitus i Sofru. Unatoč nepovoljnijim uvjetima tijekom 2022., gdje se usjev susreo sa sušom, prinosi su zadovoljavajući. Prinos sorte Balitus iznosio je 8,6 t/ha, a sorte Sofru 9,1 t/ha. S obzirom na sadržaj proteina, sorta Balitus pripada premium klasi sa sadržajem proteina od 15,6 %, dok je sorta Sofru pripala II. klasi sa sadržajem proteina od 12,2 %. Osim prinosa i sadržaja proteina, ostali parametri su isto tako bili zadovoljavajući. Kod sorte Sofru hektolitarska masa iznosila je 81,6 kg, a vlaga 11,6 %. Kod sorte Balitus vlaga je iznosila 12 %, a hektolitarska masa 85,4 kg. Sve agrotehničke mjere provedene su na vrijeme i prema pravilima struke.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, the production of wheat and the influence of weather conditions, such as precipitation and temperature, were monitored during the vegetation season of 2021/2022 at family farm „Hes Mato“. The data was used from the State Hydrometeorological Institute for the weather station Osijek. The varieties used in the testing were Balitus and Sofru. Despite the less favorable conditions during 2022., where the crop encountered a drought, the yields are satisfactory. The yield of the Balitus variety was 8.6 t/ha, and the Sofru variety 9.1 t/ha. Considering the protein content, the Balitus variety belongs to the premium class with a protein content of 15.6 %, while the Sofru variety belonged to the II. class with a protein content of 12.2 %. Apart from the yield and protein content, the other parameters were also satisfactory. For the Sofru variety, the weight per hectoliter was 81.6 kg, and the moisture was 11.6 %. In the Balitus variety, the moisture was 12 %, and the weight per hectoliter was 85.4 kg. All agrotechnical measures were implemented out on time and according to the rules of the profession.
