Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno u plasteniku Pokušališta Fakulteta agrobiotehničkih znanosti u Osijeku, 2023. godine s ciljem utvrđivanja utjecaja vodnog stresa i mikorize na rast i morfološka svojstva kadifice (Tagetes patula L.). Tretmani su započeli nakon što su se biljke kvalitetno ukorijenile i dosegnule odgovarajući vegetativni porast, a trenutak početka navodnjavanja određen je senzorom SM150. Istraživanje je postavljeno po slučajnom blok rasporedu s pet ponavljanja, a primijenjena su tri tretmana navodnjavanja (a1 = 100 %, a2 = 70 % i a3 = 50 % retencijskog kapaciteta supstrata za vodu (Rkv) i dva tretmana mikorizama (b1 = bez mikoriza i b2 = s mikorizama). Promatrani su rast, estetska i morfološka svojstva kao što su visina biljke, broj grana, zelena i suha nadzemna masa, masa cvijeta, promjer cvijeta i stabljike te broj cvjetova. Korišten je mikorizni pripravak MycoApply® na način da je 10 mL mikoriznog pripravka dodano u 3,5 litara vode nakon čega su biljke navodnjavane navedenom otopinom. Prema rezultatima istraživanja utjecaj navodnjavanja na promatrana svojstva kadifice imao je statistički značajan utjecaj na broj grana, dok je utjecaj navodnjavanja i mikorize imao statistički značajan utjecaj na broj grana i visinu biljke što ukazuje na otpornost kadifice na vodni stres.
Abstract (english)
The research was conducted in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Agrobiotechnical Sciences in Osijek, in 2023, with the aim of determining the influence of water stress and mycorrhiza on the growth and morphological properties of marigold (Tagetes patula L.). The treatments started after the plants had taken root well and reached the appropriate vegetative growth, and the moment of the start of irrigation was determined by the SM150 sensor. The research was set up in a randomized block arrangement with five replications, and three irrigation treatments were applied (a1 = 100%, a2 = 70% and a3 = 50% of the water retention capacity of the substrate (Rkv)) and two mycorrhizal treatments (b1 = no mycorrhiza and b2 = with mycorrhizae). Growth, aesthetic and morphological properties such as plant height, number of branches, green and dry above-ground mass, flower mass, flower and stem diameter and number of flowers were observed. The mycorrhizal preparation MycoApply® was used in such a way that 10 mL of the mycorrhizal preparation was added to 3,5 liters of water, after which the plants were irrigated with the specified solution. According to the research results, the influence of irrigation on the observed properties of marigold had a statistically significant influence on the number of branches, while the influence of irrigation and mycorrhiza had a statistically significant influence on the number of branches and plant height, which indicates the resistance of marigold to water stress.
