Abstract
Ekološka i biodinamička poljoprivreda, kao dva pravca u kojima se pojmovi kao što su održivost i zaokruženi agroekosustav isprepliću te čine gospodarstva koja za cilj imaju uzgoj koji održava, a ne narušava okoliš. Biodinamika koja je u suštini preteča ekološke poljoprivrede i dalje dijeli puno toga zajedničkog s ekološkom poljoprivredom. Ipak, nije im sve zajedničko pa je tako u biodinamici uporaba bilo kakvih kemijskih sredstava strogo zabranjena. Ekološka poljoprivreda unatoč težnji ka održivosti u određenim slučajevima dopušta primjenu kemikalija, ali uz strogu kontrolu. Bolesti su nešto neizbježno u svakoj vrsti poljoprivrede, razliku čini način borbe protiv bolesti. Naglasak na preventivnim mjerama zaštite karakterističan je za obje spomenute prakse.
Abstract (english)
Ecological and biodynamic agriculture, as two approaches in which concepts such as sustainability and integrated agroecosystems intertwine, create economies that aim to cultivate while preserving rather than harming the environment. Biodynamics, essentially a precursor to ecological agriculture, still shares a lot in common with it. However, they do have their differences, as the use of any chemical substances is strictly prohibited in biodynamics. Ecological agriculture, despite its pursuit of sustainability, allows for the application of chemicals in certain cases, but under strict control. Diseases are inevitable in any form of agriculture, but the difference lies in the way they are managed. Both practices emphasize preventive measures of protection.
