Abstract
Diplomski rad: Analiza primjene koncepta pametnih sela u europskoj uniji temelji se na pregledu pametnih sela, analizira njihove principe i ciljeve, istražuje konkretne primjere primjene ovih inovacija u ruralnim dijelovima Europe te analizira njihov utjecaj na ekonomske, društvene i ekološke obrasce. Hrvatska, kao relativno nova članica EU, tek počinje koristiti koncept pametnih sela, iako se trenutno suočava s infrastrukturnim izazovima u poljoprivredi i ruralnom razvoju. Rad istražuje razlike između europskog i hrvatskog pristupa ovom konceptu. Također, rad analizira strateške dokumente EU koji se odnose na pametna sela, pružajući dublje razumijevanje inicijative i njenog utjecaja na modernizaciju ruralnih zajednica. Osim toga, istražuje se praktična primjena pametnih sela u različitim europskim regijama, s posebnim naglaskom na Zagrebačku županiju. Ovaj pregledni rad pruža uvid u teorijsku osnovu i praktičnu primjenu koncepta pametnih sela, istražuje kako se odražava na ruralne zajednice i doprinosi njihovoj revitalizaciji te potiče na daljnje istraživanje i implementaciju ovih inovacija u ruralnom okruženju.
Abstract (english)
The Analysis of the Implementation of the Smart Village Concept in the European Union is based on a review of smart villages, analyzing their principles and objectives, exploring concrete examples of these innovations in rural areas of Europe, and assessing their impact on economic, social, and environmental patterns. Croatia, as a relatively new member of the EU, is just beginning to embrace the concept of smart villages, albeit while facing infrastructure challenges in agriculture and rural development. The paper examines the differences between the European and Croatian approaches to this concept. Additionally, it examines EU strategic documents related to smart villages, providing a deeper understanding of the initiative and its influence on the modernization of rural communities. Furthermore, it explores the practical implementation of smart villages in various European regions, with a particular focus on the Zagreb County. This review provides insight into the theoretical foundation and practical application of the smart village concept, examining its impact on rural communities and its contribution to their revitalization. It also encourages further research and the implementation of these innovations in rural environments.
