Abstract
Nametnici ili paraziti su organizmi koji se hrane na račun drugog organizma u toku nekog dužeg vremenskog perioda. Generalni ekološki odnosi parazita i domaćina se nazivaju parazitizam, a bolesti koje uzrokuju paraziti parazitske, invazijske ili nametničke bolesti. Važno je naglasiti kako parazite klasificiramo i prema mjestu života, odnosno na one koji žive unutar organizma domaćina (endoparaziti) i one koji žive na njegovoj površini (ektoparaziti). Krupna divljač u Hrvatskoj velikim je dijelom izložena raznim nametničkim bolestima. Ovakvi problemi izrazito su izazovni kod dlakave krupne divljači zbog toga što su rasprostranjene svuda po prirodi te ih je teško zadržati na jednom mjestu. Nametnici, posebice tijekom jakih invazija, utječu na zdravlje divljih životinja, kao i na kvalitetu života.
Abstract (english)
Parasites are organisms that feed at the expense of another organism over a longer period of time. The general ecological relationship between parasites and hosts is called parasitism, and diseases caused by parasites are called parasitic or invasive diseases. It is important to emphasize that we classify parasites according to their place of residence, i.e. those that live inside the host organism (endoparasites) and those that live on its surface (ectoparasites). Large game in Croatia is largely exposed to various invasive diseases. Such problems are extremely challenging with hairy big game because they are spread all over nature and it is difficult to keep them in one place. The intruders themselves significantly affect the health of wild animals, that is, the quality of life.
