Abstract
U ovome završnom radu analizirano je jedno bioplinsko postrojenje, opisane su osnovne komponente bioplinskog postrojenja koje se sastoji od prihvatne stanice, skladišta supstrata, sustava za punjenje, armatura i cjevovoda, sustava za grijanje, digestora, sustava za miješanje, skladišta bioplina i skladišta digestata, te mehanizam njihovog rada. Također, objašnjen je i princip odvijanja anaerobne digestije, biokemijskog procesa koji se odvija unutar postrojenja u kojem se supstrat razgrađuje posredstvom mikroorganizama bez prisutnosti kisika pri čemu nastaju bioplin i digestat. Cilj rada bio je na primjeru opisanog bioplinskog postrojenja prikazati na koji način te koliko često se provode potrebne zamjene dotrajalih dijelova te otklanjanje kvarova. Metodom intervjua sa voditeljem bioplinskog postrojenja utvrđeno je da se održavanje istraživanog postrojenja obavlja dnevno vizualnim pregledom i utvrđivanjem procesnih parametara te se obavlja planirano održavanje najčešće jednom godišnje, osim u slučaju nepredviđenih kvarova i odstupanja kada se poduzimaju potrebni zahvati za otklanjanje kvarova,
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, one biogas plant is analyzed, the basic components of the biogas plant are presented, which consists of a reception station, substrate storage, filling system, fittings and pipelines, heating system, digester, mixing system, biogas storage, and digestate storage, and the mechanism of their work. Also, the principle of anaerobic digestion was described, the biochemical process that takes place at a described plant in which the substrate is broken down by microbiological processes through the action of microorganisms without the presence of oxygen during which biogas and digestate are produced. The aim of this final work was to show how and the frequency of the necessary replacements of worn-out parts and troubleshooting are carried out. By providing an interview method with the manager of the biogas plant, it was determined that the maintenance of the researched plant is performed daily by visual inspection and by reading of process parameters, and planned maintenance is performed usually once a year, except in the case of unforeseen failures and deviations, when the necessary interventions are undertaken to eliminate the failures.
