Abstract
U završnom radu opisan je kombajn za berbu grožđa koji se najčešće koristi u hrvatskim eksploatacijskim uvjetima. Kroz završni rad opisani su najvažniji dijelovi i sustavi kombajna koji sudjeluju u direktnoj berbi grožđa: sustavi za transport grožđa, sustav za čišćenja grožđa, samonavođenje kombajna, hidraulika kombajna, te sustavi za ubiranje grozdova. U modernim uvjetima vinogradarske proizvodnje, na velikim proizvodnim površinama, kombajn za berbu grožđa je postao neophodan stroj kako bi se berba obavila u okviru optimalnih agrotehničkih rokova. U završnom radu opisani su vučeni i samohodni kombajni kroz glavne pokazatelje mehanizirane berbe. Tehnologije berbe i upravljanja ovim strojevima je uvelike napredovala, pa je berbu moguće i obavljati u svim vremenskim uvjetima, pa i noću. Sustavi za berbu modernih kombajna odmah nakon berbe, obrano grožđe i bobice usmjeravaju na prešanje jer je iz procesa izbačena ruljača, pa se time smanjuju troškovi i mogućnosti za nepotrebnu oksidaciju soka.
Abstract (english)
In the final work, a harvester for grape harvesting, which is most often used in Croatian exploitation conditions, is described. Through the final work, the most important parts and systems of the harvester that participate in direct grape harvesting are described: grape transport systems, grape cleaning system, harvester self-guidance, harvester hydraulics, and bunch picking systems. In the modern conditions of viticulture production, on large production areas, the grape harvester has become a necessary machine in order to carry out the harvest within the optimal agrotechnical deadlines. In this final paper, trailed and self-propelled harvesters are described through the main indicators of mechanized harvesting. The technology of harvesting and managing these machines has greatly advanced, so harvesting can be done in all weather conditions, even at night. Harvesting systems of modern harvesters immediately after harvesting direct grapes and berries to pressing because the stem has been removed from the process, thus reducing costs and opportunities for unnecessary juice oxidation.
