Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu objašnjen je pojam e-trgovine i njezina povijest. Analizirani su trendovi širenja e-trgovine te utjecaj pandemije COVID-19 na istu. E-trgovina je devedesetih godina počela sa svojim masovnim širenjem. Porastom popularnosti interneta rastao je i razvoj e-trgovine. Svoj vrhunac e-trgovina doživljava početkom pandemije bolesti COVID-19. Kako su ljudi bili primorani vrijeme provoditi u svojim domovima zbog sustava mjera i zaštite sprječavanja pandemije, e-trgovina je ušla u njihovu svakodnevicu. Ukidanjem mjera zaštite protiv COVID-19, e-trgovina je ostala kao važan čimbenik u njihovoj svakodnevici. Kako mladi sve više provode vrijeme koristeći mobilne uređaje, trendovi korištenja e-trgovine svakoga dana rastu.
Abstract (english)
This thesis explains the concept of e-commerce and its history. Trends in the expansion of e-commerce and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on it were analyzed. E-commerce began its massive expansion in the nineties. As the popularity of the Internet grew, so did the development of e-commerce. E-commerce experienced its peak at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. As people were forced to spend time in their homes due to the system of measures and protection to prevent the pandemic, e-commerce entered their everyday life. With the lifting of protective measures against COVID-19, e-commerce remained an important factor in their everyday life. As young people spend more and more time using mobile devices, e-commerce usage trends are growing every day.
