Abstract
Danas uzročnik bolesti vinove loze – gljiva Botrytis cinerea predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih bolesti koja smanjuje prinose, i otežava proces vinifikacije. U vlažnoj i kišovitoj sezoni napada sve zelene dijelove biljke. Botrytis cinerea je poznata po brzom razvijanju rezistentnosti te se kemijsko suzbijanje ove gljivice nije pokazalo uspješnim. Zbog potrebe za ekološkim proizvodima danas se u zaštiti bilja sve više koriste mikroorganizmi. Upotreba biopreparata ima svoje nedostatke i prednosti. Ograničeni interes za upotrebu, kompleksna proizvodnja, nemogućnost eradikativnog djelovanje, te uži krug djelovanja spadaju pod nedostatke, dok je najvažnija prednost upotrebe biopreparata smanjenje korištenja kemijskih pesticida, sigurnost i praktičnost. Trichoderma je sveprisutna u tlu. Ova je gljivica za razliku od brojnih kemijskih preparata potpuno bezopasna kako i za okoliš tako i za čovjeka. Gljivice roda Trichoderma svojom brzom kolonizacijom u tlu pomažu ponovnom uspostavljanju ravnoteže koja je narušena zbog korištenja kemijskih sredstava zbog kojih je došlo do trovanja tla i zagađenja okoliša. Ona ne uzrokuje rezistenciju patogenosti gljiva i bakterija, te se može koristiti neograničeno.
Abstract (english)
Today, the causative agent of vine disease - the fungus Botrytis cinerea is one of the most important diseases that reduces yields and complicates the vinification process. In the wet and rainy season, it attacks all green parts of the plant. Botrytis cinerea is known for the rapid development of resistance, and chemical control of this fungus has not been successful. Due to the need for ecological products, microorganisms are increasingly used in plant protection today. The use of biopreparations has its advantages and disadvantages. Limited interest in use, complex production, impossibility of eradicative action, and a narrower range of action fall under the disadvantages, while the most important advantage of the use of biopreparations is the reduction of the use of chemical pesticides, safety and practicality. Trichoderma is ubiquitous in the soil. Unlike numerous chemical preparations, this fungus is completely harmless both to the environment and to humans. Fungi of the genus Trichoderma, with their rapid colonization in the soil, help restore the balance that has been disturbed due to the use of chemical agents that caused soil poisoning and environmental pollution. It does not cause resistance to the pathogenicity of fungi and bacteria, and can be used indefinitely
