Abstract
Jabuka je voćna vrsta koja ima jako male zahtjeve prema temperaturi i vlazi, ali zahtjeva kvalitetnu i pravovremenu zaštitu. U ovom radu upravo se pažnja posvetila zaštiti jabuke od bolesti. Najčešće bolesti jabuke utvrđene u nasadu Borinci su krastavost lista i ploda jabuke (Venturia inaequalis) i pepelnica jabuke (Podosphaera leutricha). Na plantaži Borinci ima nekoliko sorata jabuke čiji su nasadi različite starosti. Idared je sorta koja je najosjetljivija na napad bolesti, a sorta Florina je najotpornija na fuzikladij. Zaštita se obavljala preventivno, prije ili nakon kiše te kada su bili povoljni uvjeti za razvoj pojedine bolesti. Zahvaljujući pomnom praćenju u nasadima nije došlo do jačeg razvoja bolesti te su se prilikom berbe mogli vidjeti rezultati marljivog i strpljivog rada cijelog tima ljudi zaduženih za obavljanje određenog dijela posla.
Abstract (english)
Apple is fruit with small requests to temperature and humidity but it requires qualitatively and timely protection. In this thesis we dedicated special attention to apple protection against disease. The most important apples diseases are: scab lief and scab apple fruit (Venturia inaequalis), powdery mildew on apples (Podosphaera leutricha). Borinci has several varieties of apples, whose plantations of different ages. Idared is the most sensitive to disease and Florina is the most resistant to scab. Protection is preventive, before or after rain, and when are favorable conditons for disease spreding. With the help of carefully tracking, in plantation wasn't intensely presence of disease. In harvest we can see results of diligently and patiently work whole team of people who are charges for the part of work.
