Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati energiju klijanja i ukupnu klijavost sjemena vodenike (Impatiens walleriana L.) i petunije (Petunia Juss.) u laboratorijskim uvjetima te ih usporediti s podatcima koji se nalaze na deklaraciji sjemena. Pokus je postavljen u tri ponavljanja za pojedino osvjetljenje te pojedinu cvjetnu vrstu. Nakon toga je postavljen u klima komoru na bijelo i plavo svijetlo na princip rada 12h „dan“, 12h „noć“ i temperaturu 23 ± 1 °C. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da osvjetljenje nije imalo značajnog utjecaja obzirom da ne postoje velike razlike u energiji klijanja i klijavost kod obje cvjetne vrste. Ukupna prosječna klijavost vodenike je 69% , dok je petunije 62,16%, što nam govori da je sjeme obje cvjetne vrste srednje kvalitete, iako je sjeme vodenika ipak malo kvalitetnije od sjemena petunija. Masa klijanaca vodenike i petunije pokazuje da osvjetljenje nije imalo značajnog utjecaja, dok je dužina korijena i stabljike klijanaca vodenike znatno veća na bijelom svjetlu,a kod petunije su dužine korijena i stabljike klijanaca približnih vrijednosti pod oba svjetla.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to examine germination energy and seed germination of Impatiens flower and Petunia flower in the laboratory and compared with the dana contained on the label of seed.The experiment was set in three replicates of each lighting and for each flower type. After that it was set in the growth chamber on white and blue light on the mode 12h „day“, 12h „night“ at 23 ± 1 °C. Results of research have shown that there are no significant differences in germination energy and germination of both studied flower species due to the lighting. The total average germination of Impatiens flower of 69%, while of Petunia flower of 62,12% which it tells us that the seed both of flower species medium qualitiy although the seed of Petunia flower a little better. Seedlings mass of Impatiens flower and Petunia flower shows that lighting has no significant effect on its, while seedling length of Impatiens flower is significatly higher in white light, and of Petunia flower seedling lenght is approyimate value in both light
