Abstract | Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo "Blažičević" smješteno je u sjevernom dijelu Virovitičkopodravske
4,20 ha i krmnu repicu na 0,51 ha. Posjedovnu strukturu zemljišta činilo je: vlastito zemljište
(33,16%), zakup državnog zemljišta (37,12%) i zakup privatnog zemljišta (29,72%). Gospodarstvo
mehanizacije ukupne nabavne cijene 4.350.000,00 kn.
proizvodnji kukuruza i iznosi 1.026,43 kn/h vrijednosti proizvodnje.
18,58%). |
Abstract (english) | The family farm "Blažičević" is located in the northern part of Virovitica-Podravina county. The
production of arable crops was organized on 268.23 hectares of arable land in 2014/2015. The corn
has been grown on 146.76 ha, wheat on 62.70 ha, rapeseed on 22.02 ha, soybean on 20.90 hectares,
barley on 5.57 ha, spring oats on 4.57 ha, sunflower on 4.20 ha and fodder rape on 0.51 ha. The
land ownership structure was as follows : own land (33.16%), state land lease (37.12%) and private
land lease (29.72%). The family farm had a total of 126 separated land parcels averaging 2.13 ha.
More than two thirds of the land parcels (85) was less than 2 ha. The average land distance from
the barton was 6.88 km. The farm had 32 own machinery means of the total purchase price HRK
4,350,000.00.
Most of human labour hours consumed per area unit was realized in the wheat production (9.53 h /
ha) followed by soybean (8.28 h / ha) and corn (7.49 h / ha). The highest total revenues per hectare
were obtained in the corn production (9782.91 HRK / ha) followed by soybean and wheat. The
lowest total costs per area unit were in the soya production (HRK 5330.72 / ha) and the highest in
the wheat production (HRK 7392.14 / ha). The highest human labour economic efficiency was in
corn production being HRK1026.43 / h of the production value.
The highest indicator of the business profitability was in the soya production (EPS = 1.72). The
business profitability achieved in the production of corn was EPC = 1.53 and only EPW = 1.23 in
wheat . Comparison of the obtained return rates shows the highest rate in soybean production (RPS
= 41.76%), somewhat lower in corn (RPC = 34.60%) and the lowest in the wheat (RPW = 18.58%). |
