Abstract
Propolis je ljepljiva tvar koja je sastavljena od biljnih smola, peludi i pčelinjeg voska. Propolis ima antivirusna, antifugalna, antibakterijska, protupalna i anestetička svojstva. Pčele koriste propolis kako bi zaštitile svoje košnice. U provedenom istraživanju praćen je utjecaj propolisa na rast fitopatogenih gljiva Sclerotium cepivorum i Colletotrichum sp.. Propolis je pripremljen u tri koncentracije 0,5%, 1% i 2,5%. Navedene koncentracije propolisa imale su inhibitorno djelovanje na porast fitopatogenih gljiva S. cepivorum i Colletotrichum sp.. Koncentracija propolisa 2,5% kod S. cepivorum imala je potpuno inhibitorno djelovanje, a kod Colletotrichum sp. došlo je do blagog porasta micelija. Kod koncentracija 0,5% i 1% utvrđene su značajne statističke razlike u porastu micelija u odnosu na koncentraciju s 2,5% propolisa.
Abstract (english)
Propolis is a sticky substance wich is composed of plantresins, beeswax and pollen. Propolis has antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anesthetic properties. Bees use propolis to protect their hives. In this research, impact of propolis on the growth of the plant pathogenic fungi Sclerotium cepivorum and Colletotrichum sp. was investigated. Propolis is prepared in three concentrations of 0.5%, 1% and 2.5%. These concentrations of propolis had inhibitory effects on the growth of plant pathogenic fungi S. cepivorum and Colletotrichum sp.. The concentration of propolis 2.5% of S. cepivorum have total inhibitory activity while in Colletotrichum sp. there was a slight increase in the mycelium growth. At concentration of 0.5% and 1% significant statistical differences in mycelium growth were determined compare with the conctration of 2.5% propolis.
