Abstract
Cilj istraţivanja bio je prikazati proizvodnju krmiva za hranidbu goveda na OPG-u obitelji Borović iz Donjeg Pustakovca, hranidbene potrebe goveda te susretanje istih potreba temeljem proizvodnje krmiva na istraţivanom OPG-u. Terensko istraţivanje provedeno je putem višekratnih izlazaka na proizvodne površine istraţivanog gospodarstva, ekonomska dvorišta, proizvodne objekte (staje) i skladišta, uvidom u poslovne knjige, te putem metode intervjua s nositeljem gospodarstva i djelatnicima na gospodarstvu. Istraţivanjem je utvrĊeno da OPG Borović ostvaruje srednje visoku razinu proizvodnje mlijeka (prosjeĉno oko 25 kg/dan/grlu) i umjeren prirast tjelesne mase junadi u tovu (do 1 kg/dan/grlu). Većinu voluminoznih krmiva podmiruje iz vlastite biljne proizvodnje (silaţa cijele biljke kukuruza, sjenaţa talijanskog ljulja, livadno sijeno, ispaša), s izuzetkom sijena lucerne kojeg nema dovoljno. Od koncentriranih krmiva na OPG-u se koristi silaţa vlaţnog zrna kukuruza iz vlastite proizvodnje i kupovni koncentrat. Raspoloţive površine OPG-a za proizvodnju krme pokazale su se relativno oskudnim resursom, ali jako dobro iskorištenim, jer OPG ostvaruje natprosjeĉne prinose svih krmiva koje proizvodi. OPG provodi i napasivanje svojih grla što se smatra izuzetno povoljnom mjerom za odrţavanje dobrog zdravlja i tjelesne kondicije ţivotinja. Eventualno poboljšanje postojećeg sustava proizvodnje krmiva vidi se u povećanju udjela lucerne u ukupnim površinama pod krmnim biljem.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this study was to demonstrate production of the fodder for cattle feeding on the family farm Borović from Donji Pustakovec, nutritional requirements of the cattle and meeting the same needs on the basis of forage production in study of family farms. Field research was conducted through multiple field testings in the production areas of that economy, economic yards, manufacturing facilities (stalls) and warehouses, inspections of the books, and through methods of interviews with the owner and workers on the farm. The survey found that OPG Borović achieves a medium high level of milk production (an average of about 25 kg / day / head) and moderate weight gain of beef cattle (up to 1 kg / day / head). Most feed is supplied from their own production (whole plant silage corn, Italian ryegrass haylage, meadow hay, grazing), with the exception of alfalfa hay that is low. From concentrated feeds, on the family farm in use, there are silage grain corn from their own production and purchased concentrate. Available surfaces on the OPG, in producing feed, are proved to be relatively scarce resource, but are very well used, because the OPG achieves above-average yields of feed production. Farm implements also throat grazing which is considered extremely favorable measure to maintain good health and physical fitness of the animals. Eventual improvment in the existing production system of the feed materials can be seen in increase of share of the alfalfa in the total area under fodder crops.
