Abstract
Cijeli rad se temelji na iskustvima u poslu tovne junadi, uvijetima držanja i uzgoja, pasminama, troškovima te najbitnije na hranidbi junadi i rezultatima u tovu. Kao autor sam pokušao približiti prednosti, odnosno nedostatke uzrokovane pojedinim čimbenicima koji više ili manje utječu na proces proizvodnje kvalitetne junadi. Opisom gospodarstva se prikazuju potrebna mehanizacija, objekti, krmiva te organizacija za učinkovit i uspješan posao. Popis pasmina prikazuje najkvalitetnija grla za pojedinu vrstu posla, u ovom slučaju tov junadi. Opis hranidbe junadi, kao temeljni dio ovo rada, ali i ove proizvodnje se prikazao kroz konkretne primjere količina pojedinih krmiva u odnosu na veličinu životinje, tj. kroz konkretne obroke. Liječenja se pojavljuju kao jedan neizbježan trošak, no ovisno o kvaliteti provođenja i stručnosti mogu se svesti na minimalan gubitak i trošak. Rezultati u tovu prikazuju kvalitetu proizvoda svih navedenih čimbenika u obliku proizvodnih i klaoničkih pokazatelja koji kupcu pokazuju kvalitetu uloženog, a proizvođaču kvalitetu svih procesa kroz koje je organizirao posao
Abstract (english)
The whole operation is based on the experiences in the business of beef cattle, conditions of keeping and breeding, breeds, costs, and most importantly on feeding beef cattle and results in fattening. As an author I tried to explain the advantages and disadvantages caused by various factors more or less affect the process of production of quality beef cattle. A description of the economy appear necessary machinery, buildings, fodder and organizations for effective and successful business. The list shows the breed purebred animals for certain jobs, in this case fattening cattle. Description of feeding beef cattle, as a fundamental part of this work, and this production is presented through concrete examples of the amount of the different ingredients in relation to the size of the animal, ie through specific meals. Treatment emerge as an inevitable cost, but depending on the quality of implementation and expertise can be reduced to a minimal loss and cost. Results are displayed in fattening quality products all these factors in the form of production and slaughter indicators that show the customer the quality of investment, and the manufacturer of the quality of all processes through organized work.
