Abstract
Europska unija nastoji osigurati da svi građani koji u njoj žive uživaju najvišu razinu sigurnosti u zračnom prometu s obzirom da se Europska unija suočava s velikim povećanjem u zračnom prometu. Ovo je rezultat uspješne implementacije ideje o uspostavi jedinstvenog europskog neba, te time jedinstvenog zračnog tržišta i zrakoplovstva. Sigurnosna pravila u zračnom prometu Europske Unije promiču troškovnu učinkovitost te slobodu kretanja osoba, proizvoda i usluga što je u skladu s glavnim ciljem uspostave jedinstvenog europskog tržišta.
Abstract (english)
The European union tries to ensure that all of citizens living in the EU are enjoying the highest level of air transportation safety since the EU is facing with great increase in air traffic. This is the result od the successful implementation of the idea of establishment of the Single European Sky, and the Single Aviation Market. Aviaton safety rules of the European union promote cost effifiency and the free movement of persons, products and services as it is the main object of establishment of the Single European Market.
