Abstract
Povećanje broja stanovništva potiče i povećanje broja brodova. Takvi brodovi, između ostalog, omogućavaju prijevoz različitih vrsta roba kako bi omogućili svjetskoj trgovini što lakšu prodaju. Povećanjem broja brodova povećava se i mogućnost od mogućih onečišćenja mora s brodova, neovisno da li se radi o namjernom ispuštanju kako bi se spasio brod, ili nenamjernom ispuštanju koji se desio greškom posade „ljudski faktor“ koji čini više od 80 % nezgoda. Zbog takvih događanja brojne konvencije bave se isključivo pitanjima kako i na koji način umanjiti ili potpuno ukloniti bilo kakvo onečišćenje mora s brodova. Danas se u svijetu mogu utvrditi brojna onečišćenja nastala ispuštanjem, curenjem, potonućem brodova. Povećanjem nadzora određenih organizacija, ustanova i konvencija takvim činovima se može upravljati ili umanjiti, ali ne i potpuno ukloniti, jer uvijek postoji i najmanja opasnost rizika.
Abstract (english)
The increase in the number of the population is fueled by the increase in the number of ships. Such ships, amongst other things, allow the transport of various types of goods to enable the World trade to be sold as easily as possible. Increasing the number of ships increases the possibility of pollutions of the sea from ships, whether it is deliberate discharge to save a ship or an unintentional discharge that has occurred with the "human factor" error making more than 80% of the accident. Due to such events numerous conventions deal exclusively with issues of how and in what way to mitigate or completely eliminate any pollution of the sea from ships. Today, many pollutants generated by discharge, leakage, sinking of ships can be identified in the world today. By increasing oversight of certain organizations, institutions and conventions, such roles can be managed or diminished, but not completely eliminated, as there is always the slightest risk of danger.
