Abstract U doktorskoj se disertaciji cjelovito sagledava i analizira pouzdanost i raspoloživost računalnih resursa upravljačkih centara i VTMIS sustava u cijelosti, uzimajući u obzir sve relevantne parametre koji utiču na kvalitetu pružanja definiranih usluga.
Izvršena je analiza pokazatelja kvalitete računalnih sustava i opisana pouzdanost hardvera, softvera i operatora, tehnike za dostizanje pouzdanosti odnosno raspoloživosti te analizirana redundancija i mogućnosti primjene u različitim arhitekturama računalnih sustava u podsustavima VTMIS sustava.
Dan je opis Markovljevih modela te se detaljno analiziraju Markovljevi modeli s dva identična modula s i bez faktora pokrivanja. Zatim je izvršena analiza pouzdanosti, raspoloživosti i sigurnosti računalnog sustava i operatora.
Izvršena je analiza računalnih i neračunalnih komponenti i opisane usluge koje pružaju podsustavi VTMIS sustava, posebno upravljačkih centara prema svim sudionicima pomorskog prometa. Detaljno su opisane hardverska i softverska komponenta, baze podataka, arhitektura klijent server, virtualna privatna mreža i glavni izvori podataka. Nakon toga, prikazan je detaljni ustroja HVTMIS sustava i razmotreni podsustavi HVTMIS sustava s naglaskom na integrirani pomorski informacijski sustav kao dio NSW (National Single Windows) sustava
U radu je izvršen analitički i simulacijski pristup u analizi pokazatelja kvalitete podsustava. Posebna se pažnja stavlja na pouzdanost i raspoloživost. Za kritične komponente upravljačkih centara, formira se blok dijagram pouzdanosti, zatim se formiraju Markovljevi modeli koji sadrže stanja sustava i prijelaze stanja. Analitičkim putem izračunavamo pokazatelje kvalitete kritičnih računalnih komponenti sektorskog i nacionalnog upravljačkog centra. Zatim, koristeći programski paket Isograf Reliabilty Workbench 11.0 kreiran je modul u tri koraka u kojem simuliramo i izračunavamo raspoloživost i pouzdanost kritičnih komponenti, utjecaj konzola i primarnih izvora podataka (radarski sustav i AIS) na ukupnu pouzdanost upravljačkog centra. Na taj način vidimo za koje se učestalosti popravaka i faktora pokrivanja grešaka postiže najbolja raspoloživost usluga koje pružaju upravljački centri.
Analiziraju se strategije, razine, aktivnosti održavanja računalnih sustava, sustavi za dijagnostiku s detaljnom razradom samodijagnostičkog procesa te održavanje baze podataka. Također, obrađeno je outsourcing održavanje. Iznesen je prijedlog organizacije održavanja HVTMIS sustava i odgovarajućeg informacijskog sustava upravljanja održavanjem.
Abstract (english) The doctoral dissertation is a comprehensive study and analyzes of the reliability and availability of computing resources of control centers and VTMIS system as a whole, taking into account all relevant parameters that affect the quality of the provision of defined services.
Analysis was performed on an indicator of quality of computer systems and describes the reliability of hardware, software and operator technique for achieving reliability and availability, and redundancy analysis and applications in a variety of computer architectures of the VTMIS subsystems.
A description of Markov model and a detailed analysis of the Markov model with two identical modules with and without the coverage factor. The analysis of reliability, availability and security of computer systems and operators was then performed.
Analysis was performed on a computer and a non-computer component that describes the services provided by VTMIS subsystems, particularly control centers for all participants in maritime transport. In detail are described hardware and software components, database, client server architecture, virtual private networks and the main sources of data. After that, it is presented a detailed presentation of the organization and reviewed HVTMIS subsystems with emphasis on integrated marine information system as part of NSW (National Single Windows) system.
The work was carried out analytical and simulation approach in the analysis of quality indicators subsystems. Special emphasis is placed on reliability and availability. For a critical component of control centers a block diagram of reliability is formed and a Markov model that contains the system state and state transitions. Analytical calculated the critical indicators of quality computer components sector and the national control center. Using the software package Isograf reliabilty Workbench 11.0 we created the module in three steps in which we simulated and calculated the availability and reliability of critical components, the influence of consoles and the primary sources of data (radar and AIS) on the overall reliability of the control center. Thus we see that the frequency of repairs and the coverage factor of errors are achieved by the best availability of services provided by the control centers.
It analyzes the strategy level, the activities of maintenance of computer systems, systems for diagnostics with detailed elaboration of a self-diagnostic process and maintenance of the database. Also, outsourcing of maintenance is performed. Proposal was given to maintain the organization of HVTMIS system and appropriate management information system maintenance.
