Abstract
Kako bi se osigurao stalan rast i razvoj nekog poduzeća, potrebna je dobra, ako ne i odlična strategija pomoću koje će poduzeće moći voditi poslovanje; polazna točka poslovanja nekog poduzeća je oduvijek bila strategija po kojoj se je pratio rast i razvoj poduzeća, ali i njegove konkurentnosti. U ovom će se radu obrazložiti što je to strategija, kako ju odabrati s obzirom na okolinu u kojoj se neko poduzeće nalazi, te jednom kada je strategijski dio završen, kako stvoriti konkurentsku prednost nad ostalim poduzećima (kako se razlikovati od konkurencije) i zadržati tu prednost.
Abstract (english)
To ensure the consistent growth and development of a company, one needs a good, if not a perfect strategy which is going to be used as a tool for helping the company in running the business. The strategy has always been a starting point for the company, which was the best indicator of tracking the growth and development of the company, but also the company's competitiveness. In this paper the emphasis will be on explaining what strategy is, how to choose the right strategy in terms of the surroundings the company is in and in the end, once the strategic part of work finishes, how to create competitive advantage over other companies (or how to differentiate between you and the competition) and hold that advantage in possession.
