Abstract
U ovom radu analizirana je metoda upravljanja brzinom vrtnje trofaznog asinkronog motora pomoću pretvarača frekvencije sa širinsko-impulsnom modulacijom (ŠIM) i skalarnom naponsko frekvencijskom metodom upravljanja. U prvom dijelu rada analiziran je način rada asinkronog motora i ŠIM pretvarača frekvencije. Nakon toga obrađen je način rada, programiranja i spajanja pretvarača frekvencije Siemens Micromaster 440. Na kraju je provedeno laboratorijsko ispitivanje i snimljeni su valni oblici napona i struje te ukupna harmonična izobličenja struje asinkronog motora napajanog iz pretvarača frekvencije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the method of controlling the rotational speed of a three-phase asynchronous motor is analyzed using a frequency converter with pulse width modulation (PWM) and a scalar voltage-frequency control method. The first part of the paper analyzes the operation of the induction motor and the PWM frequency converter. Subsequently, the operating mode, programming and coupling of the Siemens Micromaster 440 frequency converter is analyzed. Finaly, a laboratory test was performed. Voltage and current waveforms and the total harmonic distortion of the induction motor current supplied from the frequency inverter were recorded.
