Abstract
Kako se natjecati i proizvesti konkurentsku prednost najčešće je pitanje s kojim se mnogobrojna poduzeća susreću prilikom ulaska na tržište. Današnji razvoj tržišta iziskuje iscrpnu tržišnu analizu te evaluaciju drugih aspekata kako bi poduzeće moglo poslovati (globalno ili lokalno) vodeći računa o strateškom interesu tvrtke. Tržište koje je uobičajeno brzo i dinamično, nalaže da tvrtke nisu samo zainteresirane direktno za vlastiti output, već i o konačnim klijentima, dobavljačima resursa bitnim za poslovanje, pod uvjetom da tvrtka ne treba izostaviti važnost konkurencije. U poslovanju konkurentska prednost označava atribut koji omogućuje organizaciji da nadmaši konkurente. Konkurentska prednost može uključivati pristup prirodnim resursima, poput visokokvalitetnih ruda ili jeftinog izvora energije, visokokvalificirane radne snage, zemljopisnom položaju, visokim zaprekama ulaska i pristupi novoj tehnologiji.
Abstract (english)
How to compete and produce a competitive advantage is the most common question many companies face when entering the market. Today's market development requires a thorough market analysis and evaluation of other aspects in order for a business to be able to operate (globally or locally) taking into account the strategic interest of the company. The market, which is usually fast and dynamic, dictates that companies are not only interested directly in their own output, but also about end customers, suppliers of essential business resources, provided that the company does not need to overlook the importance of competition. In business, competitive advantage is an attribute that enables an organization to outperform its competitors. Competitive advantage may include access to natural resources, such as high-quality ores or low-cost energy sources, high-skilled labor, geographical location, high barriers to entry, and access to new technology.
