Abstract
Povećanje regionalne europske trgovinske razmjene podrazumijeva konstantno prilagođavanje promjenama te suočavanje s konkurencijom. Lučki su sustavi meta investicijskih infrastrukturnih ulaganja jer predstavljaju portal za prekrcajnu razmjenu između dvije, geografski udaljene regije. Suradnjom svih zainteresiranih skupina multimodalnog transporta ostvaruje se ekonomska i kvalitativna konkurentska prednost prometnog pravca koji se u Europi ostvaruje putem TEN-T mreže koridora. Kako bi utjecali na raspored kretanja europske gospodarske razmjene stvorila se ideja o regionalnim lučkim sustavima koji svojim udruživanjem i dalje natjecateljski posluju, ali na većem lučkom zaleđu. Mnogobrojni su čimbenici koji određuju operativnu efikasnost lučkog sustava pa tako neke luke radi povoljnog geofizičkog položaja imaju prekrcajnu ulogu, a neke su geografski nepristupačnije te su pravovremenim ulaganjem u prometnu povezanost ili lučku mehanizaciju stvorile konkurentsku prednost na istom ili sličnom gravitacijskom području.
Abstract (english)
Increasing individual regional European poisonous exchanges entails constant adaptation to change and facing competition. Ports are a target for infrastructure investments as they represent a portal of trade between two, geographically distant regions. With the cooperation of all inter-multimodal transport groups, the economic and qualitative competitive advantage of the transport route is realized, which, in Europe, is achieved through the TEN-T corridor network. In order to influence the movement pattern of European economic exchange, the idea of multi-port gateway systems was created, which by their association continue to operate competitively, but in a larger port hinterland. There are numerous factors that determine the operational efficiency of a port system, so some ports have a transhipment role due to their favorable geophysical location, and some are geographically inaccessible and have created a competitive advantage in the same or similar gravity area by timely investment in transport connectivity or port mechanization.
