Abstract
Pametan menadžment igra vrlo važnu ulogu u održavanju i upravljanju poduzeća. Uz razne tehničke mogućnosti koje se mogu otkriti putem informacijskih sustava, moguće je bolje organizirati skladišno poslovanje te upravljanje zalihama. Upravljanje zalihama jedan je od najvažnijih zadataka za upravljanje logistikom. Ovaj rad analizira funkcioniranje procesa upravljanja zalihama unutar skladišnog poslovanja. Budući da logistički lanac zahtijeva mnogo sustava upravljanja i drugih tehnologija, trenutni uvjeti zahtijevaju automatsko skladištenje i upravljanje zalihama. Informacijski sustavi su visoko napredni i olakšavaju rad te pružaju upravljanje zalihama i skladištima. Pronalaženje optimalne veze između skladišta i upravljanja zaliha temeljni je zadatak za menadžere koji rade u opskrbnim lancima. Predstavljaju jedan od najvažnijih dijelova lanca opskrbe i logistike.
Abstract (english)
Smart management plays a very important role in maintaining and managing a business. With various technical possibilities that can be discovered through information systems, it is possible to better organize warehousing operations and inventory management. Inventory management is one of the most important tasks for logistics management. This paper analyzes the functioning of the inventory management process within the warehousing business. Because the logistics chain requires many management systems and other technologies, current conditions require automatic warehousing and inventory management. Information systems are highly advanced and facilitate work and provide inventory and warehouse management. Finding the optimal connection between warehousing and inventory management is a fundamental task for managers working in supply chains. They represent one of the most important parts of the supply chain and logistics.
